6. Are your perfumes cruelty-free?
Yes. Broche Perfume is committed to ethical practices. None of our products are tested on animals.

7. Do you offer sample sizes?
Currently, we do not offer sample sizes. However, we are working on introducing discovery sets in the near future.

We currently ship to France and the United Kingdom only.

12. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • France: 3–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status.

Due to the nature of perfume products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging.
