Shipping Destinations
Broche Perfume currently ships to the United States and Canada. Orders are processed and shipped from Fairbanks, Alaska.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- United States: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Currently we offer free shipping on all orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact Broche Perfume within 7 days of delivery at the provided customer service email. Claims will be reviewed and resolved promptly.
