Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfume
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process
- Contact Broche Perfume customer service with the order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, a return shipping address and instructions will be provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@brocheperfume.store.
